Hi, my name is Maria Tryta. I am a freelance front-end web developer based wherever my cars stops (or when it runs out of gas). You can find me pending somewhere around Europe but mostly between Prague and Copenhagen, where my family is. Before I decided to choose the chaos of coding I intended to be a princess, teacher and finally HR manager, which is what I studied at university. Outside of web development I love to travel (obviously) and dive into books.
I love to work with passionate people that are ready to establish their presence in the online world, show what they have to offer and reach more customers. I make sure my clients understand everything about the process of making their place on the internet so we can create the most fitting website for their business.
HTML is the foundation of every website. I work with HTML5 to improve screen-reader accessibility and SEO and always use W3C validation.
I prefer Materialize over Bootstrap, but can work with both. I keep up with the trends and know how to build websites with Grid and FlexBox. For animations I love animate.css.
I use Javascript to add a little bit of spark to my clients websites. I favour working with VanillaJS more than using JQuery. However, when it comes to it, I can quickly pick up where I left off and use JQuery too.
